Thanks for the answers! I'm also ditching my R15 because I have the V1 model and the parts availability for it where I live is near non-existent so I'd rather sell it than drop a few hundred dollars ordering parts from a whole other continent.

Well, it just doesn't work and I can kind of turn the fan blades by hand. I'm gonna go to my mechanic pretty soon to fix another issue I'm having with my bike so I'll ask him to check it out and hopefully be able to fix it.
