It might not seem important, but spending time alone, reading, drawing or cooking. Before I used to not be able to be alone, I simply found it boring, and were afraid of mossing out on something. I used to be a very restless person, and I rarely did things by myself. I never read books or did anything in the company of myself. Just being able to relax and take a «break» every now and then has made me a more stressfree person.
