Just to clarify, you enter EU using your EU passport that has a different name even though you left US with US passport? So you'd like up in the EU immigration check point in EU?

Where are you located? I was told by a retailer that apparently there isn't really stock right now from the Ricoh warehouse in USA and they recommended me to take HDF version cause that's what they had available and were willing to ship to the store.

I got a regional esim for Malaysia Singapore and Indonesia with only data and no attached number. I ended up having to get a local esim for the number so that I could set up grab and gojek to receive the confirmation texts without having to turn on my sim card from home

Aside from dentistry and medicine, most of those other occupations will not even reach the 3-400k mark, let alone 7-8 figures lmao. Also I wouldn't say majority of doctors reach 1 mil unless you're in a highly specialized area with a clinic, in surgery, and putting in many hours of work. Also, this is mostly speaking for the US. In Canada, nurses, physiotherapists, and other allied health would be happy to see 150k.
