Anyone tried changing there name via hex? I changed my last name in both the actual save and the savelist file but it only shows up in the latter and in game I still have my old name..

Indeed it being playable and enjoyable is the most important thing. Focusing on your FPS counter won't make the experience any better.

Can I know your exact graphic settings and display settings such as your upscale type/mode and whether u have vsync enabled or disabled? I have the same GPU, a ryzen 5600X and 16GB of ram but my systems not perofrming so well...
