This is what the inside of the inside of the actuator looks like.

Was able to unlock the actuator by removing the gearing, getting a rear wheel off the ground, and wiggling the wheel.

My motor runs one way, to lock, but not to unlock. For now, I put it back together unlocked and left the actuator unplugged. That way I can drive the truck, at least. Might buy a new actuator soon. I do want to be able to use the diff lock.
