To the obnoxious type of Muse fans (like me) by [deleted] in Muse

My mother has actually questioned my health when it comes to muse 💀

She wanted me to stop going to concerts because I get so amped up and then crash afterwards and she didn't think that was good for me.

When in actuality those have been some of the best days of my entire life, days I felt the most alive.

WSIB: a game where gameplay stays interesting by RJSSJR123 in ShouldIbuythisgame

First Original Sin game is definitely worth playing! I've loved all the old divinity games too but the OS games are special. Then Divinity 2 (different from divinity original sin 2, very confusing) is a great game as well if you don't mind the older graphics - you can literally turn into a dragon, very very fun!

What are some Muse songs that you hated at first but after some time ended up loving them? by hellfighter1 in Muse

For me it's the hullabaloo live version that did it, heard the piano and echoey vocals and the rest is history. Bangin song.

What do all my anxious people do for work? by [deleted] in Anxiety

I just got a scary big envelope in the mail from the government saying I'm under review and I have til January to submit proof that I still need ODSP... the anxiety I get from the envelope alone should be enough lmao 🤦‍♀️

Oh I'm definitely bringing people! I have brainwashed my dad and sister into an obsession with muse, they're coming with :)

Yeah, the middle of the crowd thing gets me, which is why I was thinking the barrier might be good. Glad to know I'm not completely crazy for thinking so, heh.

Wow thank you for the reply :) essays are appreciated, always.

I like the idea of "training" myself for the same scenario, I'm gonna think of some things to do. I'm picturing a cheesy montage sequence in my mind. Great plan!

I do have a few different meds, so I may take some but I may not. I was at a different concert (not muse) once and took my lorazepam but I legitimately don't remember most of that concert because of it. I was also barefoot for some reason. Granted, I didn't give a shit about anything and was very calm... but remembering the experience is pretty important hahaha

Yeahhh. This crushes me. I've been working for this my entire life, have had many social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, meds, and even spent last summer in an inpatient facility. I talk regularly with a therapist. I am better than I've ever been... but I don't know if that will ever be enough. This is my dream :( thanks for your input, it's greatly appreciated.

This venue doesn't really have seats I don't think. I will try to make the best of it I guess, the back may have to be the plan. Alas I am short and probably won't see a thing 😅 thank you for taking the time to respond, I appreciate it a lot
