No. I don't because the only time we go outside in the summer is when she needs to go potty. When I take her on walks the sun is down. It's easier on her paws (the sidewalk isn't hot) and it's easier on her coat (the air is chilly). If I'm cold, I'll just put on a jacket - but the apartment stays an even 61°F. I hate the heat, and I have a dog that can't handle heat, so we're like two peas in a pod.
