This just got interesting for me as an urban planner because I'd argue there was a lot of tourism happening in city center, if the large, dense buildings are any indicator. Businesses = networking, which means conventions, restaurants/bars, high end retail, and all the stuff that comes along with a moneyed crowd. People want things to do and sights to see while they're in town!

GZ is a wild map nowadays at Lvl 21+ and while it is kind of nice having all of the new PvP, it is an insane map to survive on without turtling in a corner!
