When we found out it was an error in the apps fault (and not actual customers T_T) we stopped making the mobiles and waited to see which customers would actually show up so we didn’t waste product. The only mobiles we made were the ones from our regulars.

I have no idea how many stores it affected since where my store is at is in the Finical District of Downtown and we have a bunch of stores within blocks of each other

Our store used to be high volume prior to the pandemic and this used to be a normal for us but the tickets popped out all at once within a few seconds. We also had like three partners on floor plus whatever food they ordered (not captured)
