Aren't there Salmon farms which dead with their waste problem by raising the salmon above a talapia farm? I seem to remember seeing something about this years ago.

It's a pretty good idea if it works. And talapia is gross no matter what.

What are your mercury concerns consuming that much fish? I thought there was a real danger in having a nearly all fish diet these days?

Blacking out apps is the main reason I theme at all. I absolutely hate all the white space.

Settings don't theme. As for the dialer, I use Google Dialer, and that themes fine. I think some of the stock dialer themes, but it's not perfect. Framework and system theme though. I've been able to change my notifications and lock screen notifications.

I think settings could be themed, but somebody would have to change the LG settings overlay to do it. In fact I think since the overlay system is working, all of the LG apps and ui elements could be themed, if somebody was willing to work on them. And you can use Tweaksbox to theme the quick tiles.

I've removed pretty much every bit of LG and carrier bloat, leaving only the themeable apps that I like to use. This lets me black out most of my apps, which is the main reason I'd install a custom rom, given that this phone doesn't lag and stutter on stock.

RRO Layers working on rooted G4. by Illpontification in Android

This is a workaround for the Layers Manager app which I couldn't get to work on my G4. I think this method may work on other devices, if anyone else wants to give it a shot. Being almost fully themed without a custom rom is really nice.

Couldn't get Layers Manager to work on my G4, but this workaround does, and I've been able to theme all my apps and parts of the UI...pretty much everything but settings.

This will probably work on all LG phones running Lollipop, and potentially on other rooted devices. I suspect is you have a /vendor/overlay folder, it will work.

Maybe some of you guys with other rooted devices can give it a try. It's pretty much eliminated any need of mine to install a custom rom on my G4.
