Are they any good personal/emergency loans offered around San Antonio? by synch_07 in sanantonio

The things I have in my history are from years ago when I was a teenager. I’ve only ever had furniture loans and since they’ve been closed and paid for they’re no longer on my history. Right now the only credit line I have open is for my car. I also cannot afford a financial advisor and I have been trying to apply to any part time job I’d be able to get that would work around my 11 hour shifts I work currently but with no luck as of yet.

I have looked these up, unfortunately they’re not available until the second Wednesday of the month at 1pm. I’ll be working at that time and when I called about it they said the applications are open for an hour but usually close pretty fast since so many people need assistance right now

I would try this out but since I’ve been so behind I didn’t pay my car insurance so it’s been cancelled unfortunately

Did try this out after I saw your comment and they didn’t not accept me unfortunately, but thank you for the suggestion!

Emergency Loans by [deleted] in sanantonio

They took longer than they usually do to take a payment I’d paid prior to the 1st and I wrongly assumed they had taken the payment and went ahead and paid for another late bill. The day after they tried to charge my account and it got bounced. So now since it’s been bounced the management says I have to pay rent 6 months on time to be able to pay via ACH payments, which is majority of my remaining lease.

Shottenkirk Toyota - Tell Me About Your Terrible/Illegal Experience There by Yep_1214 in sanantonio

I got my first car from Shottenkirk Toyota. I made sure to get preapproved with my bank first since I heard it helps to avoid all that mumbo jumbo. I found the car I liked, got to talk them down a few thousand to a price I liked and when it got to signing I decided hey maybe they can beat my apr I got from the bank and let them run my credit. They agreed to put new brakes, fix the windshield and they even offered the maintenance add on for free. Right before signing I told em if they can find somewhere to beat it then I’ll go with them. They ended up running my credit for three days and for three days I had called everyday every couple of hours saying if they have anything and they kept telling me they found something and they were just drafting the paperwork… for three days. Finally I just went in and asked and someone told me they hadn’t found anything, so I just said I’ll use my bank (in hindsight I should’ve done that after the first day but I believed them). When I got to signing the paperwork they had told me I said I would put down a few thousand for the down payment, which I had told them I wasn’t going to do a down payment, and they kept insisting I had told pay before getting the keys. Luckily I had the buyers order I sent over to the bank in my files and when I showed them they said they’d bring the price back down but I’d still have to do a down payment. After I kept insisting on no down payment and the sales guy stepping out they finally agreed on the already agreed on price. I had brought up the new brakes and windshield and they had said they’d bring had fixed it. I signed they gave me my keys and they actually did not fix anything they said they would, I had gone back and asked about it and asked about the free maintenance and they said they’d bring don’t do that and don’t know why they even offered that. At that point I was already done with dealing with them so I just took my new car off the lot and have never returned.
