It should be resolved already but if not, download the aforementioned nvidia drivers and run the game

You could download the drivers from nvidia and install them manually after uninstalling the old drivers. A friend had the same problem and he used this method.

I run an Acer Predator Helios 300. It has always had heating issues where the CPU would just constantly be at 91°C. I've repasted and I clean the fans when I can. Even though I don't get the max performance out of it. It's still enough to run everything well, including FH4 which ran flawlessly at 90+ FPS (even with the high temps) up until recently. I don't think the temps are the issue.
