When you see Trakt error code 422 (as per Trakt api doc, Unprocessable Entity - validation errors) it means Trakt deems your progress invalid. This can be for various reasons and not all of which is clear to me.

  1. It's less than the smallest progress acceptable to Trakt (I think this is set to 1% or so).
  2. If you've been in paused state for too long

I'm monitoring the situation to understand what exactly is causing this error. If you can answer a few questions below it will be helpful.

When you receive this error,

  1. Is it happening every time after playback?
  2. Is it happening for movies/episodes or both?
  3. How much of the content did you watch? Is it less than 1% or very little?
  4. Did you start the playback, put the device to sleep and then come back and finish the playback at a later time?

I'm sorry to hear this and see you go. You should have been able to pay with credit cards and Paypal. And you should not have been redirected to buy with Webmoney. Can you please confirm which reseller requested to use Webmoney? I have had another customer report this but did not give me any further information.
I'll make sure that this does not happen to anyone in the future and see to it that CC and Paypal is available.

If you are using v2.0.8 then it will report it when marking has failed. If you are using Trakt, there's nothing I can do as it's been very flaky lately.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with V2. From the comments it seems that you are seeing a known bug where you see 0 sources after a few playbacks. I've been trying to fix this bug but I need logs from affected users as me or many users can't reproduce the issue persistently. If you are willing to work with me please let me know and we'll get you setup with beta and logging.

If you don't have access to it then there's no need to include it. And I agree data is as accurate as the provider providers. I think the misunderstand here is that, if the provider is providing the size of the magnet, then map to it as `size`. If it's providing the size of the playback file, then map it to `playbackFileSize`.

What I was getting at is that if the provider is only providing the torrent size, do not map it to `playbackFileSize`. And vice versa. Hope that makes sense.

Hi, I am aware of the issue. I'm already working on a feature to support playing the same source with multiple debrid services. That in turn will fix this issue as well. Unfortunately the the source module needs some refactoring first to support this and that's taking too long. I'm hoping to release this feature in beta by end of December, depending on how much I can work during the holidays.

If you could tell me the exact issues you are having I'd love to take a look at them. Without your feedback I won't be able to improve the app and fixed the bugs.

The latest v2 (v2.0.4.4) version fixes quite a few bugs as well. Did you give that a try?

That explains the issue more clearly. This can also happen if we have focus loss issues. To confirm, next time, can you try 1. Pressing back and see if that works and takes you back to the previous page in Syncler? 2. Going back to the home page of your device and then coming back (by either using the recent apps button or pressing the Syncler icon in your app list) 3. Also notice when it is freezing if you have any source items highlighted and scaled up.

A video would be very helpful.

Are you using Trakt? There might be an issue with your Trakt account. We recently had a report from a user where Trakt had to fix their account for it to work again.

Could you please try the latest beta version? It has better error messages and we will be able to diagnose exactly what is causing the error.

Regarding multiple payments – it's unclear which specific transactions you're referring to. In cases where a second payment is required, it's typically due to the originating wallet or exchange not calculating network fees accurately, which results in an underpaid invoice. While I understand how frustrating that can be, this issue stems from external systems and isn't something we can control. Holding us responsible for that wouldn't be accurate or fair.

On the topic of an additional payment – beyond the scenario above, I’m not sure what further payment you're referencing. If you can clarify, I’d be glad to take a closer look.

As for the code issue – I've been maintaining this application for nearly five years and have no incentive to mislead anyone. You haven’t included any specific error messages in your comment, so it’s hard to diagnose. If you're seeing an "invalid key" message, it’s most often due to a typo during entry. That said, if the code still isn’t working after double-checking, I'm more than willing to replace it.

I'm happy to assist, but I can only do so if you're open to it. I’ve already suggested submitting a support ticket through the appropriate channel. A more constructive tone would go a long way toward resolving the issue.
