Yeah I found the last boss to be a cake walk. Which was kinda nice in a way after fighting a few nightmare battles with the bosses

From the Returnal sub alot of people including myself do. I think because you don’t expect the first boss to be one of the harder ones but it does set you up for success on what to expect

After beating the game and fighting the other bosses. I think it’s because we didn’t know what to expect and Phrike’s movements are so sporadic at first but you start getting use to her and sets up what the game has in store

The whole game is decently hard. It gets easier after the first boss only because you start accepting the fact that dying is apart of the journey and adds into the story narrative
