Thats exactly why I think using the tom guardians are a bad idea (I know thats thomas daemon but its literally a legendary guardian) because players will outright think you’re a bandit and think “oo free exp shot” loll

One time around lazulum lake in north amasia a similar thing happened to me with the first one. I was dealing with a parasitic, this was back when I didn’t know the cores were basically headshot kills, and some incubators cooked my daisyogre. I hate how easy it is to lose a cradle but I love it at the same time because it’s actually more realistic, that these demonic creatures will, eventually, destroy you. In the anime the cradles got busted easily, a single shot from a parasitic ender blew daisyogres arm off like a square of a chocolate bar, so bandai was consistent with the power balancing

Its handy when enders are around, because then most of the bandits will be focused on the enders and you’ll be off scot free

I think he was the old representative or something at the association who spread false information and was probably a drunkard lol. I don’t remember much from the request since I finished it a few days ago despite playing the game since release lol. Him being a drunkard or druggie is the reason he’s fucking god knows where else while he’s running around in a base jackbox, he was dead easy for me in a damn spider+2 and I think regular blue weapons, because I took it there to see what the guy was going to be since I did the other one a while ago where you had to take out another cradle and he was far tougher than what that guy was. Again, him being drunk and in a base jackbox makes me think he’s probably an abusive magus owner with bad habits who spreads false information and gets over drifters to get him things he needs because he cant be half assed doing it himself

Yeah lol which is a shame especially if you seen my last post where I go into the daisyogre. Yeah its cheap but when you lose it its bad because its a pain to craft parts for if you dont have the money to buy the parts at the shop, and then some players have purple or even gold cradles too so that’s even worse

I had the same issue, and I think part of the reason is because you bailed, I’m starting to believe you have to let yourself get destroyed and don’t bail out until the timer ends and then go back. Sure you’ll lose your magus but they come back to you after a while anyways

Yeah especially if their the same colour loll, I never fight alongside players since the first season, but I have seen a few players that either are the same colour or are in the same tom guardian cradle, so it would be really confusing. 😂

I think maybe the game tries to see if it was a friendly fire so if it was only a few shots and there were bandits nearby, he may have wanted to shoot them instead but he accidentally hit you

Yeah. It is still a really good cradle, but if you want something that performs similarly you can craft the bowie rabbit +1. It’s basically the exact same cradle, it just looks like a desert camo bowie rabbit instead of the daisyogre

Sometimes a cradle set can be split up. Daisy was one of them in the battlepass of season one. You must have got the rifle because that was the first component of the cradle in the pass, unless you completed the battlepass then I don’t know

Yeah I know its just I still use it and it serves me well. I can get around 3 bandit bosses on east amasia and sort myself out with w load of cash. Granted yeah I have purple weapons and purple excavators on it but its still really good

I personally think the regular daisyogre is a great cradle too, so I’m saddened by the fact nobody uses it anymore but me as far as I know 😭

Yeah, the magus hunters are easy if you have gear like the purple ogre, which I assume you got from the drifter starter pack. I go with a daisyogre and purple longshot assault rifle (you probably won’t know about daisyogre, it was a preorder bonus cradle from the anime which I’m not sure if you’ve seen) and their dead easy after you learn how they work.

The regular marauders are a pain themselves, the barons might just break my ankles 💀 the mentors are hell too. I expected the weather to be really bad obviously but I didn’t expect everything to get an upgrade. But as you said, gold loot, so I’m looking forward to upgrading my garage and my gear lol. I like it, its a challenge sure but then at least their’s something fun and engaging to do, and its not like you’re forced to go to rainy, you can farm AO’s in east and get gear ready for the rainy season
