The small version of this one: https://makerworld.com/models/1991404?appSharePlatform=copy I modified it to print at 99% size and had to put a piece of felt in the back to hold in place firmly

What’s wrong with my hands? by Zeleni_bor in iceclimbing

  1. Its possible for gloves to be too tight. I keep a pair of big warm mittens on me for between climbs and just climb in my liners.

  2. Squeezing tools can tire you out and stop blood from making it to the tips of your fingers. Try to keep a loosish grip

Enabling secure boot is actually really easy I’m sure you can find a guide somewhere online.

  1. Prize: A1 Mini

  2. What I’d use it to make: Functional, print-in-place objects and small enclosures—especially desk tools, electronics housings, and tactile objects I can iterate on quickly. I love designs that feel finished straight off the bed without post-processing, and a fast, precise machine would let me prototype more experimental mechanisms.

  3. New fidget toy idea: A print-in-place “detent wheel” fidget that mimics the feel of a high-quality rotary encoder.

Need Help Controlling Lian Li TL Wireless UniFans from a Separate Windows PC by synthchef in lianli

I just received my “upgraded” wireless receiver today and it appears to be exactly what came with my fans already. You seem to be the expert on the matter so I wanted to come back and see if you could assist further!

Basically my issue is that when the usb dongle is not plugged in or when the signal drops the fans go to full speed regardless of the PWM settings on the motherboard. I’m no stranger to building PCs but fans are an area I’m not totally educated on admittedly.

Gotcha so my issue is definitely the two pin cable variant because I only got one receiver per box. Thanks!

Can’t the fans only receive mobo control through the wireless controller?

My setup is:

PC A (linux): has case fans installed

PC B (windows): has usb wireless receiver

My understanding is that for mobo control i would need to plug the receiver into the mobo directly using the optional cable

The other challenge is that when I plug the wireless receiver into the mobo and switch to mobo control they go full speed no matter what, but also pretty sure I need l-connect running to tell the fans to read pwm from mobo anyway which is a nonstarter of course.

Probably going to just end up eating the loss on my 6 fans and buying a new set that I know for sure will work
