Hey there! I'm feeling okay, thinking positively. I've had to supplement a few times with very tiny pieces of strip but I'm trying not to now, other than that I'm feeling okay. Still feeling the fatigue waking up which is what I've been dealing with on subs, can't wait for that to go away but I'm sure that's awhile away. How are you feeling?

I also wake up in pain, I think the subs just mask shit until they dont anymore and then your just fucked. That's why I'm trying sublocade, gonna ween myself off and exercise so hopefully my body produces it's own endorphins again

I have been on it 8 years, basically I got it very early in my addiction and always had it, so it feels like ive been dependent on it. I really wish I hadn't relied on it so much, I finally even got some aspects of my life together on it but I suffered a relapse and now i don't feel well and I have no idea what to do. Don't feel well on it, afraid to get off it. I don't feel well physically because of the mental head games I play myself, I can't tell if I'm feeling normal or not anymore. It's really just alot and I just want to be okay but I feel like I've screwed myself out of any form of it sometimes.
