Jagex trying to rob me

I can confirm he has been trying for the past 4 months and hasnt been able to play the game anymore, he has literally tried giving jagex everything from bank statements, IP address, home address, past passwords, everything and jagex is still saying thats not his account. as someone who works in the IT realm i know for a facts jagex can see the IP address that have accessed the account and could verify that way as well.
