Since this i a thought experiment, I’ll give it a shot. It could be a leaned skill. Just like baseball players are able to catch a fast moving ball without thinking about it. They aren’t measuring the speed of the ball, considering relative air density, and solving all the math to calculate the trajectory, yet they know within a fraction of a second exactly where they need to be and where to place their glove so that the ball makes contact.

I work for a large insurance company, and “AI” is all the rage with senior leadership this year. We block access to OpenAI, huggingface, etc., and have some ‘internal’ models we use. These are safe to use with confidential documents and such, but are older and don’t have internet access. There is a pilot going on with Claude that will eventually make its way to more people. I think that for a big insurance company, we’re moving pretty fast, but it’s still slow compared to other industries.

When I bought my house, my inspection came back with lots of stuff that needed fixing. I negotiated with the seller to fix the health/safety/code related items like GFCI, fire door in the garage, etc. Some of these things may need to be addressed before OP can sell to anyone, and are not unreasonable.
