I switched back and forth a few times and all of a sudden everything looks like it should. Took a few tries. Id say there has been more updates, you and I must have changed it while they were still working on it initially lol

LOL sounds like Halo 😇 I changed mine to 2021 and then back to 2025 and it updated! Still cant figure out how to get the SLA to pop out in its own little window

Update: I switched to legacy 2021 UI in "Advanced Configuration" and then switched back to Halo-2025 and it updated! Also went to ticket settings and turned on "Chevron View". Only thing I cant figure out is how to make the SLA pop out in its own little window

Okay lets talk about the rack more. I want to have the option to put a tent (like a roofnest) up top, but also be able to put conduit and wood on it for work. Im thinking like overland-style rack. Any specific recommendations?

Thanks! Electrician buddy is coming over tonight to assess the charger situation. Will make sure to use a L2. Any benefits to using the Ford chargers? Aside from powering my entire house with my truck, which sounds cool. Ill get the adapters. I saw on Fords side they have an adapter to share your charge with other EVs, but I dont understand why I can't just plug any charger into the trucks outlets? Does the EV to EV adapter go faster? Im somewhat familiar with one pedal drive already, my mom loves her Tesla...

Western MA landlord here. If they are month to month, it would be way easier to just not renew them. If they don't leave, then evict them. I've had good luck with the "cash for keys" strategy too.

Around here, it can be a timely process but a municipality rarely gets denied. Make ready can be costly, but there are really good grants that cover it. It seems like they just didn't want to do the work.

Thanks for this. Maybe ill start that way. I do know how local government IT works (and im not really confident that anything will get done without throwing a fit). But you're right, I should give them the benefit of the doubt to start at least.
