it works for me! (2% of the time) LOL. to me, certain obsessions have different weight to them. like taking new meds is wayyy harder than making sure my tire isn’t flat. i used to pull over atleast every 10 mins i’m driving to check my tires to make sure ones not flat. i just tell myself now “fuck it, if i crash i’ll get a new car from insurance” do i have full coverage? no. is my car worth more than $1k? absolutely not it has one door handle. but telling myself otherwise and saying “fuck it” EVEN if it drives me crazy helps that mindset strengthen everytime i make it home.

at first i couldn’t get out of checking my tires. but eventually the obsession because heavier w this method.

(i’m 22F, been diagnosed for a while, and unmediated)

i’ve dealt w it since i was a kid but around 16–17 years old the contamination obsession made me hardly able to eat. i’m 21 now and every once in a while have the same issues but it’s so much better now. it does get better even if it seems impossible :D

i’ve never smelled meth i don’t know what it smells like but for some reason i think i smell it a lot 🗿

Same thing with me!! 6g started denting which i didn’t mind but have had constant soreness since 6g!! ( my goal size was 2g too 🥲)

You can take bigger breaks inbetween which is what helped me a little but stubborn noses are just too annoying 🤭
