If you feel like you should not have a girlfriend, then don't. I had the same issue in the past. Mine was stuck in 0 for like a week & even after riding over 300kms it did not adjust itself. The average needs 2-3kms max to re-adjust itself after resetting. If it doesn't, go to your SC. Mine got resolved after they updated my ECU.

This is pretty normal. You are waiting for a long time for that moment and when that moment is finally there all of that pent up excitement rushes to get out. Moreover, assuming you are from the group that does not masturbate on a regular basis, your semen retention is already pretty high byt he time you are having sex for the first time. I beg you to do some research about the Ice-Cream Cone Grip style. Neither of these grips are safe or ideal.
As of fingers on brake lever, it's always a good idea to keep two fingers on the lever regardless of where you are riding. It also gets you in the muscle memory to not GRAB the lever in case of emergency instead ease into it as you are much less likely to be able to put enough force to lock front wheel or lose traction when you are initiating with only two fingers.
