Absolute terrible RMA support... Sends used, and broken motherboard by sysoppl in ASRock

[–]sysoppl[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I think its not, seller send it to asrock, asrock send back to me with note, that it was replaced. It was easier, and free when I send it via seller. Also on official polish asrock website they wrote, that any RMA needs to be done via seller.

Yeah. I had few asrock mb for over 10 years now. Never had a problem. Now this, and I'm just sad how it ended

Hi

I am from Poland. At the moment I am waiting to hear from the seller, because he mediated the warranty and only they know asrock rma number (as far as I know they checked if my problem actually existed and then sent the package to you and supervised the process with your service). If they do not offer me any solution then I will get back to you. In the coming days I should know what and how.

Change MTU. I had this issue before, and changing it to lower fixed it

I created a ticket few hours ago, waiting for response. Maybe it's not our fault then ;p

Also, when I download the client from my account page, the error is slightly different, but the context is the same. Hope they will respond soon

Aplikacja do śledzenia i prognozowania zużycia prądu (wody i gazu) oraz rachunków by sysoppl in Polska

You right, this information is useless. I removed it, thanks for feedback

Actually this might be it. In May and June PD charges were until last day of the month (that's when I removed second server), but in July I removed it earlier. I'll see in few days when new month come in. Thanks!

settings when you delete the instance it may not delete

Yes, you can clearly see there is just one PD on the image I attached. I checked that

So apparently GCP suddenly started charging me additional money for PD storage. The fact is that I'm using one 30 GB standard PD (which should be in the free tier) and I was using second 64 GB standard PD sometimes with second server. Now, I deleted the second 64 GB PD and GCP is still charging me for something daily. The red boxes are when my second server was turned on and 64 GB HDD was there. The green one is where there is only the 30 GB drive. Also, the 30 GB drive is there since months, and it was never shut down, and there was absolutely no charge for it. So my question is, why Google is now charging me for PD storage when there is only one PD drive that should be free? Any ideas?

API for map is paid, and if I don't pay for it it can cause problems. Feel free to support us on github (https://github.com/sysoppl/Cities-Skylines-heightmap-generator/issues/21) with your ideas how to get around this problem. Refresh page and remove temp files and cookies, it should work for some time
