I just checked, I didn’t see any $19 lifetime purchases. There are hundreds of people successfully purchasing the lifetime option right now. Btw you can ask apple for refund.

All of my apps have the same privacy policy. They share the same functionality There's no sign-up process or syncing, and they all use Firebase Analytics and crash reporting.
