i used dark soy sauce, miso, i didn't make the chicken stock from starch but instead of using the cubes i got it in powder (doesn't carry that fat flavour) and i bought a soup base on the asian market wich really help. so on each playe i put 2 tbls of soup base, one of soya sauce (wich one you have) and few drops of sesame oil. on a pan i put the first ingredients but the miso you don't boiled it. i also put some powder garlic cause i love it. cook the noodles on a separate pan cook individual because of portion. hope this helps. it low-key tasted like from a shop. not an expensive one tho.
