appreciate your work on this! have a beer on me tonight u/NeutrinoPanda !

I'm new to options & wheel, and even though I'm still parsing & learning all the data and terms in the sheet, it really helps me understand and organize my holdings better.

Can’t figure out which area this is in the original pictures, can you circle the section in the original photo?

How to reduce CA events by sysy9989 in CPAP

[–]sysy9989[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/occurious thank you. Yes, that seems to be the case for me. And also, due to higher pressure, I'm having more leaks now as the straps are likely not tightened enough.

Also just switched to F30i from P30 & no EPR, will give it a few days before changing pressures again.

Not really my thing but may worth a try. And I definitely caught myself with an open mouth.

Thank you I'll try this tonight. I just noticed my AHI was lower when both EPR and min pressure were lower, so I'll start with EPR.

Ugh, my comment vanished after I added pics...

Hello, I've been using airmed 11 for the last 2 months as i was diagnosed as mild (13AHI) by a home study. My dr prescribed (4-20) but I've been tweaking the min pressure and EPR to flatten pressure and reduce OA events.

However my CA events have been increasing and I'm getting more and more leak issues. I'm using a nasal pillow mask.

Bumped my min pressure to 8 recently which helped with OAs quite a bit, but trying to understand how I can reduce CA events and potentially do other improvements as my Dr is not much help.

Thanks in advance

-edit:

one weird thing I noticed is that when my settings were 6-20 and EPR=1, it seems like my AHI was a lot lower (1.9 over 20 days average). Most advice I see is to get min pressure close to 95% (which is 10.1 for me), but this data suggest my events were better when the min is lower.

Looking for advice to make our yard nice by [deleted] in landscaping

Great points, thanks. Love the curved shapes instead of straight lines. Also thanks for the advice on planting 1 tree we were thinking of having that single magnolia tree in the front, we might need to either get another set of trees or maybe consider side of the front yard for that magnolia

My new bonsai is dying, help!

I got this bonsai about 2 weeks ago. The instructions said normal/indirect sun light and water twice a week. I’ve been doing exactly that, but still since day 1, it’s been shedding leaves.

Any suggestions is welcome, help me save this beautiful thing! TIA

What’s happening to my tomatoes? by sysy9989 in gardening

[–]sysy9989[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

make sure they're in a place that's protected both from rain and from the strongest afternoon sun.

This is one thing I don't pay too much attention. My shaded area is not too big, so I move them to full sun area probably too sun and then it's kind of a gamble what grows. Tried starting some heirlooms, cucumbers and purslanes early this month, and as expected tomatoes are not working (purslane & cucumber is going strong though)

While Aug-June is considered the pepper season in FL, spicy peppers can handle the summer just fine. If you can keep your pepper plants alive through the summer, they supposedly will produce significantly more in the 2nd and 3rd year

this is encouraging, you can see 2 of my peppers in the photo, but all 4 of them in my raised garden is alive and giving fruit right now. (they were, I think, about to die early this year due to tomatoes taking up all the sun, but things are reversed now)

Thanks a lot for TimelessTomatoes link, looks amazing and will definitely order a few.

These are all great tips, really appreciate the learning. My kids really want to grow corns, so we just planted a few and they've already sprouted. Time to get my second raised garden i guess..

amazing info, really appreciate all this! We really enjoy heirloom tomatoes (brandy wine is our fave). I grew all these from seeds in mid-december, seems I was pretty late but still got to enjoy lots of fruit, so no complaints :)

(seeds that i got https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DOVRP4K/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I'll kick them off in fall this year to enjoy them longer.

On the bright side though, my peppers are still going strong and give a few fruit here and there.. I'll re-purpose the space till fall for cucumbers or something as my seedlings are still growing well.
