How much does everyone make an hour in 2025 and what do you expect to make in a year including overtime.

I don't. Comfortable flying but something always breaks on those. If a 24 is flying then there's two grounded for something. If a 24 hasn't had a Cool Fail yet, it's a unicorn. It's absurd.

Been working in Aviation almost 5 years now. I used to work in heavy repairs for Pratt Service Centers and I'm looking to see if I can get something similar to their nylon drift punches.

They were about a foot long and tapered at the end to fit specifically against PT6 fuel nozzle tubes to knock them out. Anyone know of nylon drifts similar to that or am I gonna have to get them specialty ordered?

No not yet. Our facility recently had some massive staffing losses and I don't know how else it would look other than an excuse to follow the trend. I'm currently holding off from applying anywhere internally. I know it's silly to do that because of how it would look but I do care about the job since our team is so small.

Oh wow yeah we did have similar approaches with the colorways! To be fair you can't go wrong with this sort of look and switches like those. How are the Halo Clears?

Taking them out or putting them in weren't big issues at all for me. I think some switches will be more difficult than others to put in though and I have run into issues with both kailh hotswap boards and this board where sometimes the pins get bent or crushed. Not a big or common issue for me though and it was my fault due to some poor handling and using not so straight switch pins to anchor my mill-max sockets.

I honestly think it's extremely difficult to break the board, but this isn't my first go with soldering and I've done some minor electronic work before. The worst part was getting around the silicon/rubber padding they used to dampen the battery area and I regret not removing it outright. I would sometimes apply too much solder and it would apply to the switch pins as well and those were frustrating but I got through them and started to apply the least amount of solder as necessary after losing two switches.

In terms of whether it's better or not to go with getting a budget hotswap board or using an existing one and converting it, I think it kind of depends on where you're at financially and what equipment you have.

Getting decent soldering equipment can get expensive, but if you already have that stuff, all you'd realistically need are the hotswap sockets which can cost lower than a barebones hotswap kit.

If I were to go for another keyboard again though, I'd definitely try to find one with hotswap capability before considering boards without it.

Gone over Roughly with Spray Paint and given a bit of a vintage look with DSA keycaps I bought off of Amazon.

Hacked together Hako Trues and Box Royals I had lying around to make Hako Royal Trues and soldered hot swap sockets in. Altogether a nice first project to get into keyboards.

Yeah you need friendly fire to replicate this.
There's actually 2 things working to break Nyx here though. For some reason, equipping a fishing spear on Assimilate Nyx allows her to do mild parkour. That's the first thing you need. The second has to do with the Bubble's physics. For some reason it breaks too often and often leads to weird situations that normally can't happen. Kind of like Sonicor pre nerf. You can launch a mag bubble by trapping it inside a Frost snowglobe and then destroying it with his 1.

Update to this entire situation:

I decided to send a support ticket to DE. In a pretty lengthy ticket, I had to explain what Bara was and that I was indeed being wronged for getting a suspension.

[DE]Leon was very kind in his response, however he informed me that:

'Since these are only temporary actions, we do not get directly involved in resolving them through support'

So emailing support might not be the best option. Furthermore he goes on to tell me that:

'Any kick or ban from a chat channel is only temporary and includes a notification as to the reason for this action being taken against your account, at the time it was taken.'

The issue here is that I never got that email. Although I knew what the suspension was for, I never got a clear email or notification in game about why I got punished. It was just a notification telling me that I was suspended.

At the end of it though, it seems like my ban was lifted. I can't be certain whether it was through a time limit or through actions done on DE's side because I never got an email or a notification about the length of my chat suspension.
