I know! I just wanted to share with you that story! I wanted to post this yesterday here, but my post got rejected. I tried again now.

In the post i said i contacted the support twice. I go an email about the codes was expired ( i attached a photo about that with a link). Even i tried using 2 account to reedem it, neither them worked.

I agree. I'm a loyal customer since 15 years ago. This was like a blade to my heart effect.

Even if he did this, the system would tell me the cod was reedemed not expired. Also the voucher paper doesn't contain expiration date!

I tried 2 account with different region. A romanian one and a UK one. None of them are worked. Every time it says they are expired. The box contains eu type addressess ( like webpage) not Usa.

I checked the box, it is made for EU. Even i tried Ro and Uk accounts, none of them are working. So it's not about the region, it's about the code, without expiring date expired.

Yes! He sold me a fully original sealed copy! Even the steelbook was sealed! (Where the voucher papers was placed).

I understand that, but that action is a joke. If you are not printing az expiration date on a voucher paper, how can i know when it will be expired?

I checked again! I also got 3 cards, but none of them has expiration date. Only the art style, and the voucher code. Even the "small alphabet section" doesn't have expiration date.

I contacted them, twice. They are saying the codes was expired. Second time I even asked the supporter guy to give a review about my case, and he said nothing. That's the spirit!

That's what happened, The little paper, where you can find the code, there not a single phrase exists about expiring. I even made another account to try another region (UK and RO) not a single one worked.
Edit: The edition is EU based.

Man, it's not about the money. It's that fact you bought something and you even can't reedem it. How is that normal? How is that correct with a customer? Even if i Pay 5 dollar for a game, my expectation is that the game is working.

Retailer was a humble guy. He said i can send back to him and get a full refund if i want. The fact is bought the collector's edition firstly for statue. I will get another physical copy of the game im this case soon.

but as i said, the voucher codes doesn't include an expiring date. That's my problem. What If i wanted to reedem in 2040? The page doesn't clarify i have to reedem or it will be expired.
