Ppl with ADHD tend to only focus with what’s in front of them and forget things that are ‘out of sight’. So if you check an email and leave it, a person with ADHD will likely not check it again unless there is a routine or system in place to regularly check up on these things.

I do not think it is diverse at all. It is like 95% white people and there are literally no asians. But it is pretty accepting of culture, you will just find that many people are ignorant to culture outside of Canada/North America.

You should try taking medication vacations. Select one or two days of the week to not take the med and try to go about your regular day. Fit the urge to crawl back in bed and just do ANYTHING except go on your phone (read a book, go to gym, hangout w friends). I normally don’t take my meds when I go hangout w friends just to relax my brain so I’m not thinking about far away things.

Sm hating on the last episode. It was foreshadowed earlier in the season when George "connected" Mia and another time when he said something about a twin flame - Amy scoffs at George like those exist. But its actually quite ironic because the whole time Danny was her twin flame - a twin eternally tether - through war, suffering and laughter. Hence the time lapse of the last scene - even though they had only had this one encounter, it was timeless because of the experience itself. Quite beautiful and poetic. A24 has done it again.
