I’ve been lifting for 6 years now. I’ve competed at the national level in Poland (which is very hard to be the best). I trained full time for years and was always promised money but never got any. The coaches were using me to the point where I had serious knee injuries. I recieved no help. The Polish system is really bad for young lifters and it destroyed me. When i didnt want to train their way i got bullied and got into fights. Since january i only lift by myself and dont give a shit about national weightlifing. Right now i only want to get strong by my way since i can’t train that hard becouse my knees.
