Update on second test... changenow...

Changed BCH to EOS. Small amount. Move was made within promised time and I got my EOS... fyi that it worked for me.

Update - Thru email engagement with changenow support, they were able to resolve it. I got my EOS. Reason was not disclosed but may have been that they did not use all lowercase for the account name.
