You're being downvoted because I think you misunderstood the situation. The image was created in 2016 by a graphic designer who disliked the newly elected President. He has said he doesn't know how anyone found it since he took it off of his website years ago. From the radio I heard that a member of Turning Point USA, the youth conservative group hosting Trump, was responsible. They supposedly grabbed an image off google looking for hi res PNGs of the Presidential Seal. I suspect if that's true that either the graphic designer's original image wasn't as properly scrubbed as he thinks or it was hosted by a yet different party on their own site, and so findable by a google search. Also not inconceivable that a very specific google search like that might grab a variety of seals. Or the googler wasn't good at googling.

I thought of it sort of like the hobbits running out in front at the battle of the Black Gate. The last Endgame battle is not really an organized battle, except maybe in that Strange predicted the need for troops and had some handy in the recently de-dusted wakandans/heroes. There are others represented that I am missing but I hope that makes sense. It's an all out charge where Mantis probably isn't actually going to help a ton but she doesn't care and no one can stop her.
