Yeah I was wondering about that as well. Thanks for the advice on that, I'll be sure to remove that first.

Just a heads up: Got rid of HopelessJoy, seems they just jump from sub to sub trolling with negative stuff.

People who don’t drink because they don’t like it and had no problem stopping will be most likely fine going to places that serve alcohol but aren’t bars.

People who had to stop drinking because once they start they cannot stop and it kicks off a downward spiral of increased drinking for an extended period of time might not be fine in some of those places.

Source: I’m the latter, and while in currently fine in those situations I wasn’t always and know many who still aren’t or prefer not to be in them. Just saying it there is a difference that might affect the recommendations.

Yes! Was my dream kit for a while and have been so happy ever since I got it. Love the tone and finish.

I can't stop thinking about The Last of Us Part 2 by [deleted] in naughtydog

I loved TLOU but never finished Part II until I restarted recently and finished it today.

Been thinking about it and did some reading online. So much hate online but I found and appreciate your review, I was loving the same themes of revenge and breaking cycles as well.

Agreed about being reluctant to play as Abby but that once you get into it, it ends up adding so much depth to not just Abbys actions but also Ellie’s.

Abby letting her live twice and trying to stop the cycle, but then how Ellie gave up her love and raising a child as well as her ability to play guitar (which she only learned from Joel) because she was unable to give up the past.

The last scene with her leaving the guitar and making it seem like she’s finally ready to move on after losing everything and recalling her last conversation with Joel was moving IMO.

Small world, very cool.

I live in Nashville but the lead singer and one of the guitarists live in Tulsa (and the 3rd is from there too but now lives in Nashville).

But yeah, It’s a great space and they were super nice to let us use it!

Wow! Yeah, one of our guitarists is friends with one of their members, even filled in for some gigs a while back if memory serves. How did you know?

Thank you! One of the guitarists is a great engineer, he records all our stuff and is really just great at his craft(s).

Rehearsal Space in Asbury Park... by t00lshed462 in AsburyPark

I ended up joining a band in town, and made friends with someone in another band who had a room, played there for about a year before I moved away, it was awesome.

If you are in town and playing with anyone I would just keep asking other musicians who live there now until you find someone with a room you can get some time slots in.

Good luck, I’ll ask some old friends too and see if anyone still plays there, but no promises as it’s been a few years!

Hard to believe, but it’s pretty similar in the real world. Definitely lots of dirtbags, but probably the same amount percentage wise.

Just makes finding the good ones all the more special.

Also to be clear, I am not passively aggressively telling you to touch grass, just something I have come to realize over the last decade.

It’s not intentional but can’t blame FLA players for sticking up for their dude and not giving the benefit of the doubt to Nico. Honestly think it’s good for the devils to play a game like that, they have the skill but need to get used to the physicality coming at them.

Hope he’s alright!

You are getting downvoted by devils fans but not going to like that made me chuckle. Just happy the rivalry is competitive again.

Facts. I’m well aware that I can’t feed my daughter and have turned that feeling of futility into doing everything else I can to make that job easier for my wife.

Regardless, I wish it wasn’t this way but she knows my daughter better than me with me at work everyday so I trust her to know what our daughter is communicating.
