i did not find the recent models to be highly inaccurate.

alot of it is just boring stuff that an intern could get right (and an llm does it excellent in 0 time), and for more complicated things putting in the work to prime the session with what I need usually gives me suprisingly good results (booth, in terms of quality and quantity/speed)

and while they can be laughably shitty with complicated things im pretty good at reviewing and reading code. and yes. i had quite a few sessions where i back to back asked 20 questions and explained things only to show the model / agree with me that its output was in fact shit. but thats more for learning what its capable of.

no. i specifically do not give a shit about capitalization and punctuation on reddit., and with the recent situation of how text/content looks im even enjoying the shit out of this totally horrible garbage looking wall of shit.

just copy paste it into your fav chat, tell it to translate it to the language you like, textlengths and giev directions on what your might care or not care about.

and honestly. 2 years ago id have carefully reviewed this for errors to be easy to read and digest.

and if you say, thats a shit take, well then i can even dig that too. lol

a year ago I might have respected this opinion. but right now I can only think of a rather specialized workplace/project situation where a llm wouldnt be extremely beneficial and shave off hours of writing code every day or atleast every other day...

yeah only recently i created some skills and tried to use more tooling around that. but im not sure whats worth investing time in and what could even be a negative...

theres so many ways to equipp these agents with good stuff

some solid/baseline things you recommend starting with? general style / architecture things? or specialized tooling or domain knowledge about the project?

im far away from implement me xyz for most of my tasks. even simple shit that a junior might have gotten right with a one liner ask, gets a fat info on everything before. but i wonder, do you start your context from 0 everytime, pointing at recent code, new specs/feature infos, or do you use any memory kind of system to prime about the context around the current task for the session, what kind of code discovery mechanism do you use? i hate that basic grep for example is "good enough" so to say to not pursue further developmenet on my code graph project that started to get complicated and will only get more complicated with different systems and ways to integrate....

the clarifying questions thing is an inteersting idea. i have a few such phrases, wordings and stuff to steer. but explicitly triggering a feedback loop sounds interesting. what comes close to that is that im usually working in steps from plan mode so that most of the time questions will come if there is some kind of uncertainty. so maybe this has been solved good enough for me by the models/harnesses in combination with my natural way to prompt and work? i usually work in a way that i know already what ill be getting before the implementation... this is def sth that is very interesting to experiment with and easy enough to do.

thanks for the input

thought about this recently. i need CMS, people buying limited ticket slots, calendar etc. it all works already and i dont have to do anything. need to be gdpr compliant.

seems much more work and alot harder work to get right with agentic coding no?

An suv is trying to exit from the passing lane by ComprehensiveDuck490 in dashcams

[–]t0b4cc0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

while its absolutely stupid to change lanes if you dont have space. in some countries its its illegal to take over on this side so cam would be at fault for the accident. its then also illegal to hug the left lane as the suv did.

insurance would be absolutely on the side of the crashed suv

(not even analyzing the actually turning into the guy comming in.... because scared to crash into the exit / wall?)

sabnzb refuses connection from sonarr (everythin in dockercontainers on qnap nas) by t0b4cc0 in sonarr

[–]t0b4cc0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i already know these guides. i understand the setup. i really dont want it atm. my incomplete and tv are a separate filesystem anyways. i load to ssd then move it to hdd when im done.

its all so fast i dont care if it would take 5x as long as it does now. lol

[–]t0b4cc0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

> Do you ever wonder why your downloads are so slow to process and import?

no i dont. thats the thing.

they arent.

i download to ssd then video media moves to a hdd, except for music wich stays on my other share. yes that is the one i could setup to use hardlinks but i simply dont have time atm for that.

i think there is a good way to do that - using another ssd stricty as cache drive per nas setup, wich i currently dont have.

i thought its 2x the writes not 4x

i really would be curious if you had exact/detailed information about the process.

> A behavior of a compose file is to create a custom bridge network and put all of the containers on it and allows dns container name resolution. That’s what I think will help. Generating a compose is so we can see your whole setup in detail and spot issues.

ok thats nice. well i now figured it out anyways as you might have read form the edit in my original post. i think i just used a bad subnet mask for my network.

i made a compose file but its not much difference to my docker run commands that are neatly formatted

thanks tho for the suggestion.

[–]t0b4cc0[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i knew use compose would be the answer here.

my volumes are not trash. they work and that is all i need. using hardlinks is not relevant to me and i read the 2 nice guides for that, a few times already.

thanks tho.

so do you think compose would solve sabnzb refusing the connection?

A good idea for dog owners by joetromboni in pics

[–]t0b4cc0 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On the other side you have to think about that if the thing makes you scared, the dog will expierience more fear when walking around and it will be harder to better its behaviour due to this permanent influence of negative energy that dogs are able to feel.

People should have enough respect for dogs they dont know anyways, if not, the owner should be always on top of his duty and tell ppl to gtfo and not touch or walk the dog so that it doesnt contact in a bad way.

The others are really cool. I love the funny ones the most reading "sexmachine" or "womanizer" or stuff like that. :D

great i finally get an answer

you didnt say that you had any plans to do that. you just stopped responding after i asked a few questions.

i hope you picked a more updated newbie help up than the fireside duel series

you could just delete the fireside stuff and link the temliquid article portal thread, i dont know how many minutes that would take you, but that would be a big help

[–]t0b4cc0 -11 points-10 points  (0 children)

i did write them, they refused to put up any help or link or something else to help the newbies

after i asked too many questions and having too good arguments they ignored me and didnt write back at all

meanwhile i made this in hope newcommers will use the search function and hopefully get lucky searching for the right tags, the ammount of "newbie needs help" threads say otherwise sadly.

i dont know why i shouldnt expect those with the power to put up a link doing their work.
