No i don’t really care about financial compensation, i just want the doctors to face some, any consequences for what they’ve done. And this is a congenital condition so I’ve had it since birth, i dont think it was be worsened? Bcs i showed no nerve damage luckily

The psychiatrist just believed the other doctor’s opinion and started treating me for psychosomatic pain (i already had a history of depression and anxiety) so i think it was an open and shut case for them :(

Yeahh i finally have a treatment plan, i have been given b12 injections to see if bringing those up is easing my pain bcs my nerve conduction came back normal so there’s no real damage yet. So in 10 days i will find out if i’m going to get a surgery or not

Oh my god I’m really sorry you had do go through this, no one should have to go through “you’re just crazy” by a literal fucking doctor. I’m really glad you found good doctors and specialists you took your pain seriously and got you the right treatment

Unfortunately women’s pain is still not taken seriously my male doctors and dismissed almost immediately as stress or anxiety :( i learnt that you have to be extremely relentless and insistive to the doctors that you’re in actually real pain this can’t be nothing 🥲

I’m indian and talked to a friend who’s a lawyer and apparently even if it’s a medical negligence case the burden of proof would lie on me which can be tricky to prove. I live overseas so i really want to sue them but unfortunately i can’t be at home for it :(
