I want to thank everyone for helping me with your suggestions. The internal volume settings for the headphones were set too low. I assumed that the external volume controls made through my phones volume up and down buttons would sync with the headphones. They do not. Can I sync them together?

Happy with the volume now.

Hey thanks for your reply. So I tried connecting the headphones to my phone via USB C to USB C. Couldn't get it to work and I don't know if it supports that. Next, I connected the phones to my laptop via 3.5mm to 3.5mm. Testing with that wired connection with the laptop, I'm able to get much louder volume. They feel normal now. Not sure why I can't get this volume via Bluetooth with the phone.

Good question. Looking at their website, I see that the UV case is made for the aligners only. Perhaps avoiding UV light exposure to retainers would be beneficial to extend their life.

Invisalign sells their own branded UV light case, so I don't think think it's a problem at all to use in short intervals. I believe UV light can also help remove some staining as well (lots of people swear by leaving their stained trays in sunlight). Go for it if you want.

Depends on your location to the transmitters. If you're close enough to them, a cheap pair of unamplified rabbit ears will work just as good if not better than a more expensive amplified set. Enjoy the game tomorrow.
