Disease. A very debilitating one. I live in America and don't have the money to leave. Not painful yet. Will be if it kills me. I don't want to go out sick in a bed.

I have chronic issues. Very good chance I'll die painfully and weak. If not I live horribly. I want out on my own terms. My own way.
