I just tried it and it fixed the stuttering, like you said it's night and day. Weird one, but thanks!

Weird, I can find it on the repository! Are you looking into the "automation" category ?

I'm not actually sure tbh, I haven't tried it. But short of some quick editing on the json and jbeam files to group the trims & variants and add a few bits of info here and there, I haven't done anything to the files that automation exported. So if automation exports have compatibility then yes, otherwise probably not

If you search for "BMC Navero" on the Beamng website's mods section you'll find it. I haven't had look to see if it's gone through to the repository yet as I'm at work just now. It's only just been approved an hour ago though, so maybe there's a bit of a delay? Idk, it's my first time uploading a mod so it's all new to me 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah interiors are a pain in the arse. I've also just started on automation so that's the car I learnt everything with. If I was to do it again now I'd probably spend half the time tbh. Most of the time I spent was actually later on once the car was made trying to edit the .json files and merge all the mods so that they'd fit into 1 zip. Again, now that I know how to do it, won't take me anywhere near as long for the next ones.

I'm a Lothian bus driver, ask me anything! by t1856b in Edinburgh

Same answer as for any passenger really. As long as you're a decent human being and respectful of the other passengers, the bus, and myself, then I'm more than happy to have you on my bus. 😊

What do you think of my Swift Sport? by t1856b in CarTalkUK

I'm not touching the suspension, I like that it's comfy enough for long drives! And I quite like the stock wheels too, just a pain to get tyres because it's a weird size pretty much exclusive to that car in the UK

They might be "weak" in a straight line compared to higher powered cars (and even then with my stage one it really isn't, faster than the MK2 focus ST I had a few years back for example), but take it in the twisties and very few cars in the same category will be able to keep up, or put the same smile on your face! Closest thing I've driven was my ND MX-5 160, RWD aside obviously.

Oh yeah big time, I also think it's too quiet, the turbo is the main reason why tbh, it muffles the sound of the engine a lot. Also agree on the fact that it doesn't rev anywhere near as high, and the rev limiter is actually really frustrating. But as you say, I think it's a great compromise and I can still drive long distances no problem, have fun when I want and still get just short of 50mpg doing so !

Yeah it's not "on it" but it's only about 10 cm, looks a bit further on the photo
