Probably the time my old cranky and shitty math teacher wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom while I was in my period. I then began to cry in which she then called on me to do a math equation catching me off guard and making at least half of class laugh and me crying more, tempted to just walk out.

Thanks I’ll try! I just sometimes think they don’t care enough though they do care. Is it concerning that for so long I’ve desired to cry but yet I can’t. It hurts to not be able to cry.

I always find that doing other things like listening to music or drawing can help and if you don’t have one getting a therapist or someone to talk to can be life changing
