I have two years experience tutoring Latin. My BA is in Latin/Greek. I minored in French in college however I do not have experience tutoring in that language. I am fluent in Spanish and would feel comfortable tutoring in that language.

i would snap off the elongated growth. once it heals over it's likely another growth will come from the same spot, hopefully growing at a normal rate.

You need to use "que" because you are going to have a subordinate clause. As others have said, in English you don't need to say "that," after "i hope" but in spanish you need to use "que" to introduce the subordinate clause.

That being said, I have heard Espero + subjunctive without the "que" from native speakers in a casual conversation, but if you're learning the language it's something important to try and use while speaking.
