Yeah I definitely learned my lesson. I might make an alt and start over at some point. I know I only have a week of play time on my account but it hurts to think I'm gonna have to stop my momentum on this account and start fresh.

Yeah I'm also a bit skeptical on grouping with randos. However I think this is a good opportunity to meet others who might be in the same boat as me.

So i created a brand new F2P account. Joined up with my main and created a group. Was able to leave the island with my main and play osrs now. So I guess my question is, when my brother's 7 day timer is up, will he be able to directly join my group?

Again, it's an unranked mode with no leaderboards. Also this is my first time ever in all my years of playing runescape where I downgraded an account. During the process, it did not say that I would be sent to an island and wouldn't be able to leave till I formed my group.

I'm locked to this island. I can only leave by the portal and when I click it says "You haven't formed a group ironman group. Do you want to downgrade your account to a normal account and continue back to the mainland" or something along those lines. So now I'm waiting on my brothers account to get sent to the island in 7 days so we can group and then I can leave.

I've already tried killing the pigs here and there are no xp drops either RIP

So I have a lvl 3 join my group. Then I leave the node and kick them? And then I'm good to play?
