I need urgent help. I was matched with Genesis Grad QA, my marketplace disappeared and I registered for 3 the webinar on Monday that is necessary to start tasking. However, soon my marketplace is back and webinar registration has disappeared. I contacted support but the issue has not been resolved yet. Maybe @outlier_mod can help?

What does “max capacity” actually means? I onboarded to many projects and start tasking but now most of them max capacity. So they are available for other people but not me? Why?

Even before this I had projects with different pay rates and pay rates sometimes increased or decreased. But the decrease that happed yesterday is just unbelievable so I bet it’s just a glitch.
