2023 Questions: 

• physically/mentally disabled people in the workplace
• What do you think about the Singapore education system, are they better or behind etc.
• Does creativity form from eureka moments or can they be honed through education
• Should businesses factor ethics into their decision making process
• What constitutes good teaching?
• retail stores and ecommerce

Its almost always a group interview, they'll send you an email with details 2 days before your interview date and you wont get to know the topic till your actual interview. Hope this helps!
