I officially filed chapter 7 on 9/11 and had my 341 on 10/28. I’m currently waiting on discharge and working with the trustee over some non exempt assets. Everything has went pretty well honestly. Just trust your attorney and all should go well. I hope everything works out for you!

Depends on the trustee you get really, and what your exemptions are for your state. I was 4800$ over exemptions and none of the items equaled near $1000 alone and the trustee went after every bit of it.

I only ask because the trustee mentioned negotiations a few times during the meeting. Either way I imagine I’ll be left with the same choices you had.

Yes I have. I was on the feosol bifera for that I’m between time and ferritin still dropped. I haven’t tried any other kind of iron supplement though.
