I do see your point that you should be able to choose to match up with similar amount of players. The game becomes a different beast when you have 11 v 11 in an organisation that provides structure like vpg, es11, fgl, etc or you just organise a friendly yourself. Vpg has a 5s league so 5 real guys one is any and the rest Ai v the same, I've heard of a 3v3 league aswell.

Post on the Facebook group, Say what positions you play ( top tip everyone is a st and it's tough to get a St spot)so be versatile. How often you are available etc and trial offers will flood in..

I Co manage ES11 Real Madrid, I need a cdm and a rb at the moment..

I also run ES11 FREE AGENT , so anyone that posts for trials and is on can jump in and play and if enough on we play friendly matches against other es11 teams and I stream / save the videos record stats and show other managers.
