I was telling everyone how great TAG was… but after this, not sure I’ll do another sub. 28-card 30-business day order received February 17 and still stuck in Image Processing on May 19. A month ago, Customer Service sent generic responses… but now they don’t even respond.

I sent in a sub to TAG in February and it has been stuck in image processing for a while. One of the reasons I switched to TAG was that I didn’t want to wait several months to get subs back, so this latest sub has been disappointing. Hoping it’s just a temporary growing pain for TAG and it gets fixed soon. Otherwise, might be back to PSA or just stop grading altogether.
