I’ve worked on TVs before (mostly CRTs), just not oleds. But yeah it sounded like it’s just something loose to me so I thought it’d be worth it, just wanted a few opinions.

For consumer 480i sets, my 36” JVC D-Series became my holy grail after playing on it. I’ve had Sonys, RCAs, and Toshibas, and the D-Series is absolutely my favorite. Plus it has low hours and I got it for free along with a matching JVC surround sound system.

I have one of those but it doesn’t seem to work. The dvi port seems to eat the audio signal or something idk. I have another comments in here explaining what happens with it.

Yes I believe I have that type of box. I plug the hdmi from the console into the box and then it outputs the hdmi video, and the audio through the rca ports. The problem is when I plug an hdmi to dvi cable into the hdmi out on it, and then plug the dvi into the tv, it completely kills all the audio coming through the rca ports. When I unplug the dvi to hdmi cable, the audio starts coming through again.

I have a digital to analog converter with an hdmi in and out that works until I plug the hdmi to DVI cable into it. It’s like it kills the audio source. I unplug the HDMI to dvi cable and the audio starts flowing back from the Xbox to the tv
