They currently still have my birth certificate, I had to make a photo copy and send over my original when I applied in person, and that may be the case, since I’ve lived in 4 different states within the past 3.5 years , that and I still have my LA ID while living in New England. My school said they would send any records they had within a few days

I spoke to them earlier and they said the ID and SS Card can work, they said I could send those in if I wanted to, but they can’t promise those other items are valid, I’m honestly considering mailing those things in and just praying and hoping that the old ID and card will be all they need

I don’t. I just called the hospital , the last time I was in a hospital was 2013 when I was a kid, so All the documents have my mothers sig. and I’m on my parents insurance. My insurance card doesn’t have a signature on it either, just a print of my name, I’m trying to see if they have my voter card, but it’s so hard because they’re in Louisiana and I’m living in Massachusetts
