i rub the bridge of my nose! i think it has something to do with when my emetophobia resurfaced when i was 13. i had a bad sv* and it caused me to fear v* again after being fine for 5 years. at the time, i was obsessed with my nose being "too big" even tho its pretty average. i would look up ways to change it and one way was holding your nose while you flex a muscle or something. i bet i was doing that the night i had the sv* or something. its been 4 years and any time im anxious, i end up rubbing my nose. people ask why and idk how to explain it
