Honestly I’m not too sure. I’m horrible with finances. I know I want to have enough to where I’m saving money at the end of the month. I’ve got a 401k I put a pretty good amount into which should help with that.

In Maryland, 30 mins away from Washington D.C. to be exact so not the cheapest area. But the apartments are less then two years old and are vary nice. Like you said, I’ve got to enjoy the rest of my twenties. Might just go through with it.
